Noise Reduction / Leaf Raking Proposal
Get rid of the Noisy Leaf Blowers
Go back to good old fashioned quiet rakes

We the following would like Harbour Square to go back to using quiet rakes.

* Blowing leaves from one side of the street to the other serves no purpose

* The next day nature blows them back again.   Leaves need to be bagged.

* Leaf blowers make an obnoxious noise for hours, especially in the morning.

* It is better to use good old fashioned, time tested, and quiet rakes
