Harbour Square Expansion Deck Proposal

Adding a new room for all first floor Harbour Square N Streeters
and new balcony for 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor with the Patio Deck option.

• Increase property values by adding more space to your unit.
  Right now, precious unused potential space is going to waste.

• Provides a new private patio, usable in hot or cold weather, rain or shine.
  Units above would no longer need to see patio below
  if they have a patio deck, or if the plexiglass is tinted.

• Enhance the appearance of Harbour Square

• Could be owner financed - no expense to Harbour Square
  Will increase assessed value proportionally
  Should qualify easily for home improvement loans.

• Even though present patios are on the non-sunny side
  they would still get about the same amount of sun light
  The option still exists to go outside the patio to see the sky,
  especially with the 1/2 Balcony Proposal

• No more rain on the present patios, water runs farther from foundation

• This would require a unanimous vote from the owners of the N Street side.

Alternative 1/2 Patio Compromise Proposal

In case any ground floor owners object to not having direct access to the sky
about 1/2 of the balcony could be constructed, leaving the other 1/2 open.
